Two migrations, not one

Half of Stocky is a settings change inside Shopify. The other half is a workflow you have to rebuild, and it is the half that decides whether your best seller is in stock in November.

Moves into Shopify admin

  • ✓Transfers between locations. Built into admin under inventory.

A migration you can finish in an afternoon

If you exported your PO history before the shutdown, you can have reorder suggestions on day one instead of month three.

    Find your Stocky export. Open POs, the supplier list and six months of PO history, if you pulled them before August 31. If not, export purchase orders from Shopify admin and use your supplier email threads for the rest.

    Move open POs into Shopify admin so receiving keeps working after the shutdown.

Questions Shopify merchants ask

When did Stocky stop working?

Shopify delisted Stocky from the App Store in February 2026 and shut it down on August 31, 2026. It no longer opens inside POS Pro.

Does TraxSail replace all of Stocky?

No, and it does not need to. Purchase orders, transfers and stock adjustments moved into Shopify admin. TraxSail replaces the parts that did not: reorder forecasting from real sell-through, supplier records and history, one-click purchase orders and automatic supplier follow-up.

Do I need to leave POS Pro?

No. POS Pro is unchanged. Only the Stocky app inside it was retired.
